Nine days till competition closes
21 June 2017. The Future Transport Competition closes at the end of this month. Get those entries in!
The deadline for entries is 5pm on Friday 30 June 2017. Once the deadline is reached, the online entry form will be taken down from the website.
Teachers are asked to remind students of the final date, and to allow themselves time to complete the entry form on behalf of students before the competition closes.
Then it will be over to the panel of judges to review the narratives, play some games and select the winners for each of the six main prize categories.
NZ Transport Agency staff would like to thank students and teachers in advance for their participation.
The New Zealand Curriculum calls for young people to be actively involved as contributors to the well-being of New Zealand. The competition is aimed to help young people think like citizens today about the challenges and opportunities they see in future transport.
Entries are online
The online entry form lets you either upload files directly or provide a web link to files hosted on the web, such as Google Docs or Youtube videos.
Please test all links to ensure anyone with the link can open or view them. Incorrect privacy settings could prevent the judges from reviewing an entry.
